Isn't it time for humanity to write their stories, be raw, vulnerable, and honest? To stop hiding the generations of, and recent, pain and secrets? To talk about how we healed from what has happened in our lives? To inspire others to heal or let them know they are not alone in what they are going through? There is a way out and freedom at the end? Or do we keep the secrets of the dead and hope they will magically go away and stop affecting our lives?

 

All of life is a choice. You can bury your head in the sand or ignore what is showing up but if you do - it will come back in a more dramatic, worse, traumatic, possibly disease filled way. Will that be more fun to experience? For some - yes, especially those who love to play victim.

 

Secrets are being uncovered globally. Maybe it's time we stop being so 'life is perfect' on social media and with people and get real. Tell the stories. You never know what goes on behind closed doors or what someone is going through.

 

Maybe it's time for humanity to stop being so mean and evil to each other and instead be LOVE. Understanding. Maybe then we all heal. The dead have no secrets.
